women can be friends with men, but moids are incapable of being our friend back

I'd argue women are incapable of true friendship
      >be friends with woman
      >still have to do all the bf stuff plus no sex

      >be friends with man
      >you can just be yourself and hang with the boys

Only if the girl is ugly, but then the girl is more likely to fall for the guy, so the same shit will happen.

        Also what this guy said
Even if there isn't any attraction, they will still expect you bend over backwards for them and put them on the pedistal, plus women get offended over the most random crap, so you can't even relax around them.

Only reason why I would ever be a friend with a woman is if I wanted to bang her friends, simple as.

Yeah, nah. Maybe it's possible if the male is obviously gay, or the woman is a lesbian.

If he's worried about cheating, the dude is probably shooting way too far out of his league.

I don't know. I've had it happen twice now so I'm just giving up trying to be friends with women. I think a lot of men are just hardwired to be paranoid and aggressive about "defending" their woman and any guy around her is a threat to the relationship.

Yes. And I have one which we are still have platonic friendship until this day ever since our childhood. Idk why we didn't formed a proper relationship, but we never had a chemistry. Plus she had a thing for canadians so I wouldn't even be in within her criterias.

I was in a similar situation, but instead of us losing friendship, the boyfriend got so paranoid, that he dumped her instead and called her a cheater just because I was somehow involved (even though I told him many times that I had nothing special going with her and that we were friends long nefore he arrived).

If you wonder how the frick am I capable of this? I don't trust romantic relationships, but I'm totally fine with platonic ones.

I am single and I have several single female friends. We're just not eachother's type.

Guys who have trouble being just friends with a women are either:

      > guys who will frick anything
      > guys who will catch feelings for any girl that smiles at them
      > guys who ignore/disregard any woman that isn't frickable in the first place

i definitely think so. through my almost 40 years Ive had many female friends, some of my best are/were girls

sometimes we have sex with each other and sometimes we don't. sometimes it makes things weird and sometimes it doesn't

but it's never JUST about having sex

I know it's possible because I live it. And no, it's not even the same as being an orbiter. It's truly the brother-sister or cousin relationship, idk why people have to think you have to be gay or having sex just to be friends, it's so cringe and mentally ill to think that way.

It is possible but not common. And it wont be the same type of friendship that 2 men or 2 women have. Id say they probably couldnt be best friends though

She has to be married or otherwise taken and it helps if you're friends with her husband as well. I'm pals with a younger woman who's married to my friend who I've known for 6 years before he met her. It feels like family kind of, very mature. She honestly seems like a younger female cousin. I had a ton of cousins and I was around a lot of the female ones so I'm completely used to that kind of family platonic relationship. I'm not gay but I sure as hell am not hyper-masculine, so that plays a part too. I'm not girly sissy either, and I don't feel an attraction to her romantically. It really is a joy and friendship, like I truly view her like a cousin or even a sister, just think of it that way.

Yes. I've got female friends and everythings fine because we're not sexually attracted to each other, except for one.... I've kind of become a simp for the one I'm attracted to because she's super poor.

Not really. Men want to frick women and that will always get in the way.
Attraction and feelings will develop and will always cause resentment if there no possibility of consummation.
Bad enough that so many men are incel or otherwise under-sexed now.
The sexual pressure is too damn high and the Friend Zone is never a good place to be. FWB at minimum or nothing.
Sure, relationships are over-rated as well and no-one can afford that socialising shit anymore, even as a wage-slave. Let's just hang out and frick endlessly.

It's impossibke. Moids slways catch feelings. We can be nice to a guy just like every human being should be to each other, but they'll think that kindness means we're in love with him.

Can women be friends with men without constantly asking them for favors? Car rides, handyman work, moving heavy stuff?

I know you ladies aren't asking your female friends to do that stuff so why do you ask your male friends huh?

      >Car rides
I have my own vehicle, and I work from home.

      >handyman work
Only major things like roof replacement. I replaced my own water heater. My father taught me this stuff.

      >heavy stuff
I don't have heavy stuff for this reason, or if I do, it's easy to take apart and out back together.

if a moid genuinely shares your interests and you become "friends" then chances are he will fall for you if you are even slightly frickable in his eyes. I've dealt with it a lot as a girl that is into nerdy hobbies like Magic: The Gathering.

In a way it's sad because they are being less superficial. They are attracted by your personality rather than just your body, they see a girl that clicks with them in a non-sexual way and then the hearts appear in their eyes. Most girls won't share his interests at all but you do so how could he not imagine a situation where he gets to have a buddy that he can also frick and cuddle with? But the effect is to make friendship with moids impossible.

I stayed friends with a girl after she rejected me though, it doesn't have to be all or nothing

Absolutely not. Moids will always fall for us like said. It has happened to me so many times now. It doesn't matter what it is. It's very annoying and moids need to realize some us enjoy the hobby too and are not there to pick up a guy.

I heard that if you give your moid friend a footjob once a day it will stop that from happening. Have you tried letting them touch your private parts or giving them a footjob?

Could someone explain to me how fricking ruins friendships?

  24. 3 weeks ago
    Anonymous

As long as the woman understand that attraction can grow overtime, or that she actually has to put effort into maintaining friendships, it's all good.

The problem comes when women act surprised when a friend of hers develops feelings (like girl , you already are compatible by definition of being friends, the only remaining element is physical attraction) or when she doesn't actually want a friend, but a simp (the classic "female friend" that never plans anything, only leeches resources, time and attention from her friends).

    >her friend is a really good looking girl
    >she doesn't try to engage with us and none of us is crazy enough to think we have chance with her so we don't go out of our way to engage with her
    >they leave
    >the side chick later tries to lecture on how we didn't pay any attention to her friend

Why would anybody want this in their life?

  26. 3 weeks ago
    Anonymous

    Yes. Even if they're attractive.

However, once one person crosses a line mentally about being attracted to them -- this is different than thinking someone is attractive -- then an issue arises.
