Dating Fat Girl

We met online and hit it off immediately. We share all the same values, want the same things from life, she's a virgin and she is actually pretty but she's fatter than I expected. She's willing to lose the weight and has barely ate only salads since we've started dating. What can I do to remind myself that it's worth waiting? I feel like breaking things off because of her weight but to find another girl like her would be difficult. I don't know what to do.

What? Sorry but I am not into fat girls at all, but she's great. I really don't know if I should stick around and wait.

She will always get fat again, even if she manages timo lose the weight temporarily every now and then. And she will be miserable the whole time either because she is hungry or because she feels bad for not being hungry. good luck with that.

I believe that it is possible to lose weight and stay that way but it is difficult. If she loses like 30/40 pounds I would be happy.

It is but not if she's going from whatever she was doing to "barely only eating salads".
She needs to find something that works AND that she can stick with.

Also if you're not attracted to her now there is no guarantee you will be even if she does lose weight. She could have loose skin, stretchmarks, etc... don't bother.

Yeah yeah, you believe a lot of bullshit. Have fun trying to build a relationship on some made up nonsense you pulled out of your ass. Ofc she CAN. With inhuman amounts if self disciple. Which is why i said she will be miserable 24/7. Either love her how she is or fricking leave. People that want others to change are the worst.

You’re probably not ‘ready’ for a relationship if you’re
            >contempt with dating someone you’re not actually comfortable dating
            >think it’s ok for her to do that for u

It would be much more respectable of you to just be comfortable with dating someone u genuinely like, and not expecting her to change.

She’s also doing a lot of mental gymnastics to convince herself that ur not fricking cringe, probably because she’s desperate for a relationship.

Tldr neither of y’all should be dating anyone. Figure out ur own shit before u spew ur shit onto other people. Disgusting

She wanted to change the weight herself, she told me before we even dated. I told her that I don't like the weight and she reassured me that in a few months she'd lose. I am not forcing her to change for me.

Ofc she has to say that. Some people, i swear.
She hates herself as much as you hate her. Maybe you are a match made in heaven after all. You can just both keep humiliating and pushing her to do better because being her is not good enough. A dream team if i ever saw one.

I'm not saying that. I'm saying that a crash diet isn't the way to get healthy and skinny in the long term. It's a million times better to lose 1 pound per month over 40 months than losing 20 in 2 months. and then going to McDonald's to celebrate.

I agree but she is doing that because she wants to, I have invited her out to eat and told her that even if she wants to lose weight she needs better nutrition.

Yeah. Go ahead with the tough love approach. See how that generates so much intimacy, connection and love in your relationship. It will certainly not make her long for a man that she can just feel loved by without having to beat herself up to deserve your attention. Problem is that your attention is not that valuable. She will only go along with it as long as she is giving herself the tough love treatment. The moment she snaps out of it, she will be gone.

Dude she is chasing me, she is in love with me. I was just joking but when I told her that her weight was a concern she reassured me that she'd lose it. I am not forcing her to do anything and am not mean about it or even bring it up. Are you a woman?

Sounds kinda based if you ask me, bully her into actually going through with it.

Treat people as ends in themselves, not means to an end. Imagine if instead of treating you as the person you are. I treated you based on the person I thought you "could be" for my self interest.
You might not have a good job now, but you could have a good job in the future. So I will continue a relationship with you, but I will have to bully you into something you can provide for me. Because I want a lifestyle where I am a stay at home so nothing wife. If you can't provide that for me, then perhaps I should find someone else.
Doesn't feel so good, does it?

You're twisting shit, I was joking about the bully thing. That's not the type of person that I am. She wanted to make the change and once she met me fully committed to it because she knows I don't like fat girls. I spoke with her about it and told her that I loved her personality but didn't know she was like that since we met online. She understood and said she'd work on it. I don't think it's impossible for her to lose it, but I am not forcing her to do this.

If she and you are serious about her losing weight, both need to aggree deadline on it, and a schedule too.
Losing weight is all about changing diet, and waiting a year. A YEAR NOT A FEW MONTGS. Crash diets don't work.

I lost 43lbs last year (198->155), but I actualy stuck to a strick diet and regular exercize.
    1 rotisserie chicker per week
1 cup of brown rice a day
1 cup of raw broccoli a day
2 cups of 0 sugar greek vanilla yogurt
2 hard boiled eggs a day.
    1 individual snack cheese.
    Multivitamins.
    Only water.

    No bread
    No soda
No dressings (this is literally fat)

Cheat day just meant I got seafood ramen at a restaurant.

To preempt temptation, I did all meal prep for the entire week on sunday, AFTER I was full and not hungry. If she goes on a diet you need to match it, other wise she's likely to get jelly.

At least 30 min twice weekly of cardio. Just a elliptical is fine.

Any excuse, any error and you frick it up.
She will be hungry at first. She needs to ignore it it's just her body sending fricked up signals. Those smooth out and away after you don't give in. I'm sure my amounts are actually too much for others.

The goal is to get your bodies hunger signals back into alignment, then you don't even need willpower. For the first month she should be allowed to eat as much of the choosen food stuffs as possible. If she is "hungry" but doesn't want the approved stuff shes not actually hungry. This is also why bypass surgery doesn't work. They just find the foods that have the callories but not the mass to bypass the smaller space.

        Cool
My personal goal was to be able to lift myself up a rope, and stop being dependant on heavily processed sugars and fats. They honestly taste like shit to me now.

I'm not sure about alcohols effects on diet, but it's a show of good faith towards her effort.

        Excersize with her too.

Really what matters her own willpower, and its a reinforcement to do it together, but as other anons have said, that's a big risk on multiple fronts.

Just remember that you don't just return to bad habits once you actualy reach the goal.

        Good luck.
