I am pretty sure the universe would collapse in on itself if compelled to create me a suitable partner. Kind of like division by zero, could never happen.

10 million. Just thinking about all the things I could do with that much money is making me realize I'm not a good person kek. It's hard to come to terms with the fact that I'm basically a lottery win away from becoming a massive piece of shit. Does power corrupt, or does it simply reveal corruption that was already there?

All I want in life is enough money to live alone comfortably and quietly. I no longer desire the touch of another. Money is all that matters.

Love easy. You dont understand. The second you get that 10 million life becomes a chore. Youre still forced to go through day after day. It gets tiresome, boring after a while. The rich peoplei know live tiny lives. They could do anything they like, but chose not to because it takes effort. And why waste energy when you can lay on your couch all day watching tv.
A happy life isnt the equivalent toyour own wealth. Sure, money solves a lot of problems. And it can bring you joy, but only momentarily. Love is forever, things will get old and get thrown out eventually. It has even been shown that the period in peoples life when they, looking back, was the most happy was when they had a lot of things going on in their life. Challenges, pain but also relief and happyness. The worst time in your life is doing what you do now, waste your time with something you wont learn from or that will create new memories. Asking stupid retorical questions just proves youre already dead inside. Love can help you with that. Money cant.

I was already born into more money than I care to ever have so I'll take the wife

The main reason I want a husband is so I can have kids and be a stay-at-home mother and focus on my kids rather than work, but 10M would be enough for me to raise a family on without ever having to work. So I'd just take the money, adopt a kid or two, and be a single mother. With that kind of money, I could also hire help for chores and stuff, so I wouldn't be any busier than a married mother. Hell if anything, I'd be less busy. I'd maybe date around a bit so I don't die a virgin, but a serious relationship leading to marriage wouldn't be a priority anymore.

you're really de-emphasizing the importance of a father in any childs life
this is one of the most important moral duties in an aspiring mothers life, choosing the man to bless with your gifts of genetic and spiritual immortality, and you say it can be replaced with a mere 10 million bucks
If I die tomorrow I am asking the gods to never reincarnate me as your child

Me and my brother didn't have a father (though our grandmother lived with us so we did still have two adults at home) and we both got good marks in school, never did drugs, went to university, all of that, so I just don't see why a father-figure matters. Anyways even with the money I'd still date and TRY to find a man to marry, but a man would no longer be necessary for my goal of having kids, and I wouldn't have to put that my dreams on hold until a man hopefully decided I was worth marrying.
Even if I marry a man, there's a good chance in this economy that he wouldn't make enough for me to stay home, and the last thing I want is to have to juggle a full-time job with parenthood. I'd much rather be a rich single mother who can devote 100% of her time to her kids rather than a wageslave married mother whose kids feel like nothing more than a before and after work chore.

The money is very tempting, but ultimately something that could theoretically be achievable under the right conditions.
True love would feel like something out of a fairy tale, like if magic existed in real life.
