      if you are not passing pretty sturdy stools that are the thickness of an intestine, then your instestinal walls are coated in a slick of filth preventing good absorption of food. it will putrefy in you, and you will be simultaniously bloated and dehydrated even as you drink water. you will have to eat more, to get less nutrition, while getting fatter, and not stronger.

      you need to be passing long, reasonably thick, sturdy stools to be in a state of health. this has been known since literally forever. your state of chronic diarhea is seriously a health concern.

        when I boofed a couple doses of ivermectin some white film came out and I just crapped and crapped and crapped all day, not diarrhea, it just completely cleaned me out.

        by the third day it had tightened up enough I couldn’t get the plunger in there easily to do it again and I’m wiping dry.

        it leaves me thinking that it attacks something directly that it wasn’t able to from taking ivermectin orally.

            you shouldn’t need to do ivermectin more than a 48 hour cycle about once a month if you are not ill.

            the reason I replied to OP with this is that I have bloating and malabsorption that’s supposedly from “hiv” and I have for years. Providers don’t like it and keep checking my liver etc but all those numbers are normal.

            after doing this once a month, this bloating is going down.

            I’m also hiv undetectable without their “protease inhibitors” over a year now.

            the only other thing I do besides booting ivermectin once a month is daily moringa and betaine hydrochloride capsules. betaine is to restore ph and break down food in my stomach . the malabsorption OP refers to is equal parts , food not breaking down up too, and food not being absorbed down below.

            Since I am attacking it from both ends so to speak I can’t tell you with certainty if it’s the ivermectin or the moringa/betaine or the trifecta of the three but I’m going to keep taking all three.

            the bloating didn’t go away with moringa/betaine, and oral dosing ivermectin didn’t clean out whatever the frick that white stuff was. Looked like a fungus to me but what do I know.

    When you take some medicine, like lets say something to lower your blood presure that dose is usually in miligrams or such small amount of the active substance.
    When you eat a candy barlike sneakers out of the 100g of its weight the aromas, artificial colors, emulgators, Es, preservatives, etc. are more than miligrams.

      It has almost nothing to do with diet and everything to do with beneficial gut bacteria. The issues people have is related to either not having enough good bacteria, or having their gut colonized by harmful bacteria. Both scenarios likely caused by use of oral antibiotics in first world countries, which end up in the gastrointestinal tract and then kills off the bacteria. Harmful bacteria is then introduced through contaminated food, and since there is nothing left to inhibit it's growth, it will flourish. Unfortunately it's extremely difficult to reverse this situation.
