Is this sexual harassment?

New job.I'm a girl. My manager is a woman. I have a customer service oriented role. I have to wear a uniform. My manager basically told me that my butt looks too big in my uniform and to "do something about it". All with a straight stern face.

I didn't even think about that honestly. No one has ever told me anything like that before and I'm still processing it. I still wore the uniform for the whole day and I felt a bit uncomfy in it because of what she said. Also I'm still wondering if it's actually that big like, I never thought it was

Is your manager a fugly old b***h while you're young? This is par for the course for them unfortunately, a lot of them are saturated with internalized misogyny and don't even hide it. HR and be on guard for her to continue bullying you.

She's in her 50s ig. Karen style haircut

this thread is why I'll never take women serious when they cry about rape or sexual crimes. it's basically a guaranteed low risk huge reward strategy to get pity and victim points

Have you considered dressing in something else than tight fitting pants you bawd? Every man knows what you're doing. Showing your ass for attention. You'll pretend, even to yourself that isn't who you are, but it's obvious to the rest of the world that you're a bawd. She's not abusing you, she's helping you have some actual dignity. You prostitute.

sexual harassment is unwanted sexual attention/communication which can be verbal, written, or implied.

one comment at this level is not going to be recognized as harassment. harassment must be either 1. one instance, highly suggestive / innapropriate. 2. multiple instances of lesser vulgarity (ongoing harasssment)

your situation described above would not meet any hr definition of harassment because it was one instance of lesser vulgarity. you should still talk to hr. the only way you can claim multiple lesser instances is to document every instance with hr. if you don’t have hr you have to go to some leadership at the company

      >would not meet any hr definition of harassment
Depends on which party is of higher libtard caste. If OP is a more valuable race to HR (like black), or a more valuable sexual preference (like gay), or is otherwise able to prove some kind higher status (idk maybe if she's mentally ill or some shit), then she can have her manager publicly executed for this transgression
Any HR department will bend over backwards in service of higher caste individuals, even if that means massaging the definition of some things

An HR department can easily get away with calling that unwanted sexual attention. If they decide to or not depends heavily on the characteristics of the people involved

Thats not harrassment. That doesnt even make sense, unless you think some old lady is attracted with you and trying to flirt

    Stop being so sensitive
