        Yeah i will get some blood tests after the 3 months is up if it continues, its supposed to be fully over the nicotine withdrawal then so still a few weeks but its been the worst.

I was in excellent shape but was breathing with my chest. Singing vocal exercises helped me breathe better.

        yeah no sleep problem, i sleep like an absolute log very rarely have a bad nights sleep or wake up tired but the caffeine thing is another problem i used to smoke and drink coffee all the time naturally, so my coffee intake is through the floor as well because its also a trigger for me to smoke so I'm probably getting double the withdrawal symptoms at once which is part of it.

        I do make an effort to go out in the sun and i do a fair bit of gardening etc but its not the worst idea either, i did recently take some D supplements as everyone around me had covid around christmas time and i didnt want to catch it on top of the withdrawal symtomss would have made me miserable and that appeared to help as i didn't get sick while everyone around me did.
