    It's a scheme by roasties and their feminism labour union to get more for less. We had a report drop the other week comparing median wages and the msm gloyslop outlets are using it as prima fascia evidence that women are paid less without talking about what it means to compare median earnings, and entirely obfuscating that yes, in fact, the exact same job role and hours worked means a man or woman gets the same pay. If companies really could pay women less then men wouldn't be able to get work, as why would any entity pay more for labour than they had to?

    Wage gap is usually measured in a disingenuous over broad fashion. It almost never controls for productivity (ie: hours worked, among others).

    Most of the per-job gap was explained by women having babies. Now that most young women aren’t having kids, the gap has not only disappeared but reversed in most metros for the younger demographics. College/career gibs for women plus no kids = 51% of all white collar jobs held by women (across all ages).
