I tried a 1400 calorie counting diet to no avail. My weight went across after weeks of that. I tried a 550 calorie counting diet, and THAT lowered my weight. The problem is that 550 calories is unrealistic to expect people to do. Enforcing that on people is cruel.

        We need endocrinological solutions to the frickery that befalls the metabolisms of people who weigh too much. Alternatively, we need gene therapies transferring the genes for effective metabolisms into the obese. The point is that the solution involves actual research, not telling people to count calories and exercise.

            This is an old misunderstood idea. Yes, calories out = calories in is net 0, but it assumes a constantly metabolism. If you eat simple carbs, they go straight into your blood stream and your body releases insulin to reduce your blood sugar. In doing so, it dumps all of the sugar into your fat because the liver can only handle so much sugar. Basically, you force your body to make more fat by eating simple carbs. Your body then lowers its metabolism because it cannot simply pull energy out of fat unless you are in a starvation state. Eventually you will bottom out and your metabolism could not possibly go any lower, but at that point you are borderline entering starvation states but kicking yourself out of it every time you eat.

      I knew a guy who was 360 lbs that got down to 270 just by adding whole foods to his diet and getting more active. I think most of “activity” was just standing around and pacing around his house. He’s hit 4,000 steps before noon just by walking around.

      You should try it. I think the mistake a lot of people make is trying to hard at weight loss off the bat. Makes sense right? If you want to lose weight you have to restrict your eating. Well, you can actually get some of those results if you just start mixing in healthier foods on top of what you normally eat. Do everything you normally do but shovel down some spinach, a chicken breast at lunch before your regular lunch, a small cup of Greek yogurt before breakfast. That sort of thing. You’ll probably find you naturally eat less junk and more healthy food. It really is the key. You literally just have to choose real, whole food more and be a bit more active than you normally are. That’s all.

        It's not just GMO to which that applies. Farming research has usually tended to erode nutrition. Selective breeding is farming research. The problem is that farmers usually optimize for yield and appeal, neither of which supports nutrition, and when you optimize a geneline it tends to erode in non-optimized criteria. Farm research therefore only improves nutrition when nutrition is actually targeted. A few projects intended to improve nutrition in the third world have done this, but the vast majority of farming research has not.

        This isn't a big contributor to obesity though, AFAIK. It may be a tiny edgecase factor. Farming research should be targeting flavor and texture, IMO. Make produce appealing so that people will gravitate to whole foods. Targeting nutrition is a little more purity than is practical.

    I swear to christ they're fricking with the food supply even more than they originally did. Ever since about May of last year I've been dealing with these off and on bloating problems. I generally eat pretty clean and don't consume much goyslop, don't eat out, don't drink alcohol save for occasions, (and also didn't take the vax) and yet I'll start randomly getting bloated to the point where it feels like there's a fricking bowling ball in my stomach. This wouldn't be so bad if not for the fact that it also puts massive pressure on my diaphragm and makes me feel like I can't breathe. It gives me horrible anxiety, feeling like I might pass out. There's no way to predict when this comes on, either.

Being a little husky means they'll give the Black person work to the gym gays and I'll get to putz around. Also skinny people freak me out. It looks so vunerable. I almost vomit when I see rib cages. Especially laying on the floor. I just think, "God that must be so uncomfortable to have just some skin and a little bit of muscle between you and your rib cage." It looks so easy to break thin and healthy people because all their bones and veins are exposed.
      3. In the modern world fad diets and the workout industrial complex is a business. You pay some self righteous Black person 43 bucks an hour and get to run around like a Black person for 3 hours while your personal trainer gets to frick your woman in the locker room. Only women go to gyms and work out because they've been brainwashed by a well oiled advertising industry. It's a wholly modern invention and is in no way natural or authentic. If you just do yard work or go to a park to exercise and work out your closer to home. Also quit banning me just because I'm fricking right. You're a weak b***h who can't listen to common sense. Gym gayots get the rope.

        I personally prefer to be gaunt and muscular because it's good for hormones.
        Skinny skeleton frames have a certain aesthetic to them if done right, really fun to draw.
        I would prefer to eat whatever I want my whole life but studies show that the more you age the slower your metabolism gets and if you slow what you eat and fast you will live longer and healthier as your body cleans out dead cells.
        I had my fat lazy phase but I've moved past it, life is more exciting to me always hungry, even if it's not as satisfying

          I had a work out phase once too. I couldn't get a scholarship off of it so I quit. I do think when you're younger you should for sure go out and try to get your share but when you hit about 40 that's it. You should have everything figured out by then. That is considered old age in most European cultures and an age to rest on your laurals. I intend to do that when I get that age. My only regret as of now is that I have not buried my personal enemies but we live in such a cucked culture that it's harder to get away with that but that's part of campaigning now. Every warrior young and d needs to be aware of the changes when pursuing the old ways.

            And peptides. I'm reaching my late 20s so I'm building as much muscle mass as possible before 30 and then just roiding throughout my 30s then doing Shaolin and yoga to keep in shape into old age.
            I do not even think of any enemies after meditating so much, martial arts is strictly for self defense
