          It does when you are young yes but when you get older what used to give you more energy simply tires you out. I "worked out" all through my teens 20s and 30s and now my body just doesn't want to do it anymore. Your body also doesn't recover from injuries like it used to. This is why most pro athletes are done as they reach their mid 30s.

    Metabolic Syndrome.
    Used to be me.
    The guy is pre-diabetic or actually diabetic.
    His pancreas spikes insulin every time he eats, everything he eats gets stored as fat, then he's hungry again. So he eats again.
    The metabolic problem can be fixed in about 2 months. Another 6 and he'll have dropped tens of kilos.
    It has absolutely nothing to do with exercise by the way "move more" is wank. It's what the food is made up of.

      If I eat chocolate past 20:00, I'll save almost that entire chocolate as fat during the night and shit little droplets in the morning. But I don't b***h about it, I use my power wisely, namely by not eating when it's not necessary. It takes a day or two to regulate the hormones and then you practically won't be hungry at weird hours anymore.

    i was beginning to look like this at my 40s. Then I got into carnivore diet and turned it around. I don't really work out. Pot belly is mostly due to carb intake and your metabolism not being like what it used to be.
