Because women in that age range have been ruined by dozens of relationships that have destroyed their ability to genuinely bond with a man, because most of them already have children (and many of them race mixed) and are now looking for some white simp with a good financial situation that will stay around as a walking ATM, the very same guy they've completely avoided during their youth because he was "an ugly creep".
Even then, I've noticed that many women in their 30's-40's still have incredibly high standards. Still asking for "tall, handsome" men on their Tinder profile. And why would they change anything when that app allows them to fuel their hypergamy?

      >Why is dating over 30 so depressing?
      It's not.
      >Why am I a depresso homosexual?
Because you blame your circumstances instead of your attitude.

      >Because women in that age range
Then go for a better age range.
      >NNNOOOO MUH SOCIAL ANXIETY MUH ICK MUH CREEPY MUH METOO
      Keep eating shit then lol

It is not really because of that, women's standards rise with age because they become more content with being alone if that happens. They need men less and less the older they get, so living in fantasy land of princes is preferable.

The cope here is off the charts. Trust me, I know a good amount of SINGLE and alone women in their 60's+ and they're absolutely pathetic without a man. Hell I have aunts and female family members on that shit and the majority of them still need a man in some way either a friend, a fellow male family member, or some boy toy. The idea that women do better in their later years without men is completely false and the few that did aren't the norm.

Can't you talk about something without having to blame women?
Or are we now going to pretend that the normies who do have sex with women are our allies?
      Pathetic

You’re dating the husk of a woman that’s left. Many hooking up because of financial problems.

Because you have less avenues to naturally meet women, and by nature of the fact they haven't been snatched up the women in your demographic are lower quality even with age notwithstanding

    Everyone is undesirable left overs.
    The prime dating age are
    18-29 for women
    25-35 for men
If you are not in these ranges you are undesirable and likely a leftover, looking at other undesirable leftovers.

This, most women I know from college or high school are shadows of their former selves. At this point any woman over the age of 25 is on the chopping block unless she's serious about taking care of herself which most women don't.

cause it's just us leftover people
the normal ones manage to settle after some a couple years of dating and self fixing

Cope. I don't date because I will be a millionaire. If I don't achieve it there's no point of having a family and subjecting them to scarcity and misery. I refuse to have sex until I have enough money to feel comfortable and don't need to work anymore. I refuse to be a slave. I am not normal. I am superior to you.

      this is the answer
nobody tells you that if you take too long to start dating again after high school/college, you'll basically become the leftovers and will be playing at a major disadvantage

I dated a 32 year-old woman, she was beautiful but she'd been in a couple of really abusive relationships. It left her insecure and paranoid. She would always read way too much into my words and actions. It's sad really.

Man, this is exactly what I'm afraid of. I have only grown and matured significantly from my 20s to 30s, but I fear that most women only get *worse* as they get older.

If you're both insecure or don't want the same thing it's not gonna work and your left feeling bitter. I haven't tried because I don't want to be used, led on again and I don't want to waste anyone's time. Welp.

Because people don't become single in their 30s for no reason.
There's some sort of malfunction going on that caused them both to fail being in an adult relationship.

      >it requires a continuous malfunction go into your thirties single
      >more and more people are going into their 30s single
so, by this logic, more and more people are just dysfunctional, and it couldn't possibly have anything to do with changing social norms and consequently diminishing opportunities

Uh yes? We're talking about dating, not marriage. What you're talking about is settling down and family creation. If I talk to a woman in her 30's and she tells me she hasn't dated or had sex since she was 28 or 29 then I assume something about her is off. To you it might not be a deal breaker, but ive run into many women past their prime and there's ALWAYS something. Either she's childish, or has no understanding of responsibility, or she was raised by one parent and has a skewed look about genders, or she's just straight up unhealthy in what she eats and does. Not every woman past 25 is old and busted, but you can't tell me a 19-23yr old is more desirable than a 25-32yr woman and that's regardless of the modern era and its issues.

this is some of the most non-sequitur bullshit I've ever read, what the frick are you actually going on about you moron? people date less because there's typically less socially acceptable opportunities available to get dates across age groups. of course when you have this going on for a long time, you're going to end up with a lot more single people in their 30s, not rocket science to figure that shit out.
not everything needs to be some armchair psychology about how everyone is dysfunctional now

Imagine you're running a marathon. It's long, raining, uphill, and brutally exhausting, but you keep going. You kind of wish that you had some company, someone to joke with, share the experience and make things go by faster, but you persevere alone. Then, right as you're about to cross over the finish line, someone else wants to tag in with you and share the trophy despite sitting on the sidelines getting drunk the whole time. That's what dating in your thirties is like, people only want to tag in after you've made it and they've had their fun with other people.

I think it’s because by 30 most of us have shaken delusions about love. When I think back of how I felt and the amount of energy I put into relationships in my teens and early twenties I cringe. I’ll never put that much effort in again. At this point dating and relationships are something I know I have to conquer, but the thrill of naivety is gone.
