You can't use a scale to measure body fat. You need calipers, but you can estimate it by measuring your neck and waist and using something like this https://www.calculator.net/body-fat-calculator.html

I’m actually curious as to why this post is getting so much hate. Nobody should be spending more than 3 hours a week at the gym for pure lifting unless it’s pertinent to their job. I respect WWE wrestlers, powerlifters, bodybuilders, strongmen, Oly lifters, and others, but 90+% at the gym goers are not that. I know you frickers are just wasting time: taking too long in-between sets, doing ridiculous splits, and wasting energy on accessory muscles.
If you’re not a professional and lift as a hobby or to “look good”, you should be in and out of the gym in 45 minutes tops. More than 4 times a week is ridiculous. Doing shit outside of the main compound lifts should be kept to a minimum and done afterwards. Stop fricking doing more than 3 sets per workout and wasting time on “warm-ups”. If you’re not too sore to lift by a fourth set, you’ve fricked up.
The gym should just be another hobby for you.

Lean is generally what women prefer but it's hard as frick to get to and stay at 8-10% bodyfat so for most guys it's way better bang for your buck to put on more muscle so it shoes through the thin layer of fat at 13-18% bodyfat and just lipo all the soft spots in your face away so you're left with a sharp jaw and cheekbones.
